V-Policy & Exchange:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, you may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. If item being exchanged is of lesser value, you will be charged for the difference.

All exchanges for purchases on the V-Models  must be done within 30 days of delivery. The item being exchanged must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. The exchange form must be properly filled out and returned with the merchandise.

We will do our best to promptly return the desired items to the address on the exchange form.  

V-MODELS does not permit the return of merchandise, no exceptions.

V-Clients Policy and Agreement:

I acknowledge I am an invitee of V-Models in its offices, events,hotels, conference rooms, or other premises for the purpose of, or related to, modeling or model searching. In return, I agree to accept full responsibility for any injuries which may occur to me in or on such premises.  This includes, without limitations, any claim for personal injuries arising the negligence of V-models, its offices, or its employees

The marketing materials (listed above) are required by our clients. They are designed to enhance you’re opportunities, as well as prepare you for the frequent and inevitable rejections of the industry. All marketing materials of a model, regardless of origin, shall become the exclusive property of V- Models and, once tendered, shall remain in the office at all times. It is the responsibility of the model to provide V-Models with up-to-date contact information and to continue reasonably regular communication with V-Models. If the model does not contact V-Models for more than 20 consecutive days, the model shall forfeit all rights under this agreement, including any claim to previous payments or marketing materials. All models must provide proper identification. Models under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
